What a disaster! I needed to get my sons dress pants shortened. Jay had strong reviews and was able to have the job done in a few days. I normally go to another business for alternations but it's a 2 week+ wait and I needed them ready for the weekend. I initially picked them up and discovered that Jay overlooked some gathering that occurred. She apologized and offered to have them corrected and ready the next day. The next day, Jay answers the door while talking on the phone and points to the hem on one leg and shuts the door. What?!? I take them to the car and take a closer look. Jay managed to tear the fabric in two places while correcting her initial mistake and doesn't have the integrity to take ownership of the fact that she ruined my sons dress pants. Don't bother supporting this small business. She lacks basic alteration skills and most importantly she doesn't have integrity. She should have refunded me the alteration fee and reimbursed me for the cost of the pants.

I had my wedding gown made by Mya-Ki. It was absolutely perfect! My husband said I looked "breathtaking" and "stunning". I will recommend Mya-Ki to anyone I know who wishes to have a custom made dress for any occasion. She is readily available and is very easy to work with. I will never go anywhere else.
