Under new management, Mystic Nails is the only place I will go. They make it a point to remember my name and what I like done. They listen to my concerns and take great care of me and my guests.
I just moved to Utah and have had a hard time finding a nail place I liked until I went here and had Tony do my nails. I've been there three times and have been happy every time. He's nice, friendly and fast. I've never had any issues with my nails thus far!!
Every time I get my nails done its done in an efficient amount of time and the outcome is always great! The salon is clean with friendly employees.
Horrible customer service!! I went in for shellac nails and they charged me 47 dollars for a simple manicure. The charge I wasn't upset about until they peeled off 1 week later. I went back to have one nail repaired and the girl working gave me attitude. She told me I had to know the girls name in which I couldn't remeber and would have to schedule an appointment to have one nail fixed. I said I didn't care who fixed it just needed it done for a party and could wait. She said they were too busy and couldn't help me. Super frustrating. I went to another salon and they repaired it no questions asked. Won't ever go back.
Nice people friendly place are super clean , good nails and gel shellac polish .pedicure massage chairs are amazing
Ive been here twice and thats only because I was giving them a second chance. Me and my sister went and asked if they could get us in, they said yes but we ended up sitting in the chairs for 30 minutes waiting for them. If they would've told us about how long it would be we would've gone somewhere else. There was a worker who was cleaning a chair at the slowest pace possible and when she finally came to do our nails she couldn't have cared less. She did a sloppy job and cut my sisters cuticles when they didn't need to be and did damage to them. The painting job was even badly done as well. It was not worth it, I highly recommend going elsewhere.
WOW, worst pedicure I have ever received. I didn't even tip, and I ALWAYS tip. To many issues to even post. Hoping my nail tech was just having a bad day!
Best experience a girl can ask for! Theses ladies are polite and fun. Relaxation time and a good vibe. Clean store and professional staff. If you have a question, just ask! I get my nails and eyelashes done here and I always get compliments. Thanks Glam!!!
Find another place to go. The girl who did my nails today refused to fix her mistake on my nail. She had every excuse in the book as to why it was my fault. There are gouges, bubbles, nicks, and one flat short nail. She refused to fix it. Her name is Yen. After 6 yrs of service I will never go back. I will have to go to another salon and get the mess fixed. The customer is never right in this shop. People beware!!!!!
If I could, I would give a 0/10. Awful, rude customer service and the nail techs don't know how to do nail designs. I got a shellac manicure ($30) and asked simply for an ombre that was light pink to mostly orange with a palm tree on my ring finger. They picked out a darker pink than I chose but I trusted them because I'm no nail expert. The lady tried maybe 4 times to do an ombre and she didn't know how to do it correctly! She had a reference picture on my phone to look at also, she did a little orange on the tip of my finger and mostly dark pink. So then I said screw it just do the whole nail orange. The base coat was already painted the dark pink and she just paints over it with the orange creating this weird orangy/pink color. I asked her if it was gonna turn out more orange and she goes "I don't know". Luckily the color was okay. After she was done another nail technician came to do the "palm tree". She tells my nail is short but she can do it. It turned out looking wheat grass, nothing like what a palm tree looks like (also had a reference picture). I was so frustrated that I got up, paid and just left. They didn't tell me at first that they charge extra for nail design so it ended up being $35. After I got home I took a second look at the nail and there were brush strokes, black spots all over the nail. I called back and I told the employee that I was not satisfied at all and I'd like a full refund. He tells me that there is no refund, but if I can come back he'll fix it for free and take $5 off. He also told me he didn't charge me for the ombre which would have been another $5 more. I said that I wasn't available all week to come in, and quiet frankly I really don't want my nails done by them again. He tells me "well that's your fault because you didn't say anything before you left". This to me is the most rude customer service to tell the customer it is there fault!
