La Bella Vista

This place has improved a lot and are a lot better than the other apts in this area. The office staff is helpful and the office is always open unlike other places. The new maintenance guy is also awesome! The other people below were probably kicked out or evicted?

They are the WORST! ive been living here for about a month and the hot water has stopped working 3 times already, including the heater. They towed my car for no good reason. I payed them to change my door lock, that never happened but they kept the money and when I asked about it they said they went under new "management" and their is nothing they can do about. Anytime I want to call the office to complain they are always closed. I could go on and on.

This place is horrible! Ive lived here less than a year.....and my electricity has gone out three times....twice while I was at work, and once while I was out of town. Needless to say, all my groceries needed to be thrown out. (Just my luck each time has been right after purchasing $200 of groceries.....) And the office refused to reimburse my groceries or reduce my rent for the trouble. And being out of town for a week with electricity off, just imagine the stink, trust me, its unbearable. The walls of the restroom tub are peeling off, so each time you shower, you walk out with paint in your hair. The tub clogs, the toilet works at random interments, and good luck with making it to your car safely....The cops are "visiting" on a daily basis. However, If you enjoy loud ranchero music, this IS the place for you. On the weekends, and a lot of times during the week as well, you will get to enjoy the benefits of being kept awake all night by trombone, accordion, and loud welps of spanish music. The previous raving reviews must have been supplied by the "glowing" (and by glowing I mean worst staff ever) front office employees. It doesnt matter how clean you are either, roaches seem to be a permanent resident at this God-forsaken place. And if you live on the bottom floor, be sure to have plenty of linens and mops on hand, because if it drizzles, you will have a pool in your living room within seconds. I will say, I cannot be surprised.....the day after signing my lease, A woman was wheeling her kids in a grocery basket, and stopped to warn me the place was a hell-hole....Stay away, you get worse than what you paid for!!!!

omg, they have changed so much! They are really nice in the office and its so clean now. The apartments are big and really clean. They have accent walls, a variety of colors. Its just so different from when i went a couple of months ago. They called me to invite me to a festival they were having last weekend so when my lease is up i can go with them. I was so impressed and they are just really nice in that office.I recommend to go see them.
