I have tried to be a client of the castle spa several times. Once was for a haircut that went horribly wrong! The only thing the girl could say to me when she chopped 3 more INCHES off my hair were, "Well, it takes me 5 or 6 appointments to really get what my customer wants. Plus I didn't think you would really want me to cut your hair the way you first explained it." There wa no apology, no attempt to fix it or make me feel better.Then for the past two days I've been trying to get an appointment for a facial. They've been all booked for a while. I in frustration call today when they left me a voicemail saying they could fit me in. When I return the call they can only fit me in for a mini version - no flexibility whatsoever. When I began to voice my frustration and seek other options the girl on the phone was VERY rude and said,"Well it's our busy time of year. Appointments are hard to come by." And then just silence. I hung up. I'm not normally the type of person to get irritated owe such things but I'm a business owner and know you cannot run a business that way. There was no saying we are sorry we can't fit you in, lets see what we can do tomorrow. Nothing. You can't stay open long with these kinds of mistakes. They will not be seeing another dime of my money. It's well worth my time and has to drive out of town. I suggest if you want to walk away happy that you do the same.
