Stopped in on Veterans Day. Girl behind counter wanted me to write down name and ID. ID?! On a piece of paper that anyone walking in can read, I will not be writing down my Social Security Number (military ID)!!! She said it's corporate policy. I said not last year it wasn't! This is crazy. She couldn't have cared less. In fact, when we walked in, she was on the phone (while at the front counter) telling someone she couldn't wait to get out of there (at 11:15 am, mind you). Wow. We walked out - we didn't trust her to make our food! Great customer service for Veterans Day. We made sure she knew we were frustrated with corporate, not her, but again, she couldn't have cared less. I'm sure she figures, the less work and business, the better for her.
