Yes this restaurant is kid-friendly, the owners are very family oriented and many times have their two sons there instead of just leaving them at home or sending to some daycare. They are very family oriented and love children. They serve alcohol and are very intent on making you exactly what you want. The servers are very diligent and work ethic is amazing. The food here is always fresh daily, they are in making soup and other prepare ahead food items. They have an area on one side next to kitchen that when they run out of food they will (slow times) make the spring rolls, wontons, and such right there and you can go up and see exactly what they make and you know it is fresh ingredients. This family run restaurant cares about their customers, their enjoyment of their food, their restaurant, the customers family, and the customers life. These people are truly better than any place I have ever visited. Their food is amazing and always made fresh. Try their Hong Kong Eggplant! Their sesame chicken. These are favorites along with the chicken lettuce wraps...Wonderful. Great food, Great atmosphere, and Great people and family working there!
This was the worst experience ever the food is terrible,I eat all around Mobile and there food is terrible I had sesame chicken called to return and had to argue with server about food remember customers are always right,so my order was replaced with beef and broccoli and it was terrible I went there on a Saturday and normally restaurant are packed they had one customer and I see why need cooking lessons from other Asian Restaurant maybe your business will conquer
I had been a customer for several years and never an issue. I ordered sesame chicken and it was not cooked as it normally is. I called to have it replaced as the rest of my order was good. The owner refused to have it made again, proceeded to curse me out and threatened to send the police. I was confused and asked what the law had to do with it just replace that portion of the order. He is rude, disrespectful and has the filithiest mouth I have ever seen. Don't give this business your money its not worth it when you have a valid complaint. No one yelled or cursed at this guy..hes nuts. I will never go there again and will tell anyone I know not to go there. Worst customer service I have ever seen. Who curses out their customers? Wow
Chinatown is the best place to eat in the service is very good I enjoyed every time I go there to eat. A lot of people need to go and enjoy the atmosphere did you have inside your restaurant I appreciated very weird when I come there to eat a happy Mother's Day to all the mothers.
To be truthful, the food is dry and extremely disgusting...rice and noodles are dry, hard, and no flavor, The meat (chicken & shrimp) were greasy. Crawfish meat was gray and greenish. Did not enjoy our meal. ☹️
If you are in the mood for sub par Chinese delivery food, including dumplings that fall apart but not including everything you ordered, this is the place for you. Be prepared to wait for more than 45 minutes longer than the estimated time they give you for delivery. I recommend paying with cash unless you have fraud protection on your credit card and don't mind the aggravation of having to replace your compromised card. I gave them 1 star because 0 starts is not an option.
Your food is picked up off the floor and put back onto your trays n serve well fresh lol I dare you to come eat here during lunch hours. Place a order instead, you'll get bacteria. There I warned you.. don't be surprise if you get sick.. really
Stoped by china house in mobile and got me general tso's chicken and it was great quick service and clean place and they told me this place is under new ownership so deff will go again there
Tell the chef: Food here is delicious and cheap. Chef King offers a great variety of dishes at our option. The owners are always friendly and cordial. It is surely the only place for us to go to in the neighborhood if we are interested in Chinese-style food.
At night, the area is extremely sketchy. Panhandlers are sitting on the walkway asking for money as you walk in and out again. Customer service was poor. The inside did not look clean. The "chicken fried rice" was yellow with huge pieces of white onions. No sign of eggs, green peas, or carrots. The "crab rangoons" tasted ok but were flat triangles. The only thing that tasted ok (normal) was the egg drop soup. Oh! And make sure you grab your soy sauce on the way out, because it's definitely not in your bag! Lastly, the fortune cookies were even stale. Keep your money!
