If 0 were an option that's what I would give them Sprint basically has no service in Clendenin and their customer service is in Hong Kong or somewhere near there.
Purchased Apple iPhone 7 silver 32 GB phone on 03/30/2017 and started new contract/phone plan with Sprint on same day. While asking questions about their service before purchase, the sales representatives were as nice as possible and treated me like they cared about helping me start my own plan. Approximately 4 hours later my phone was stolen. I immediately called and placed a restriction on the phone so that it could not be used. On the next day, 03/31/2017, I went back to the Sprint retail location at 2820 Mountaineer Blvd and advised sales representative Tara that my phone had been stolen from me. When asked about a temporary phone for basic usage, they denied they would be able to provide such service. At this point it seemed like I was being accused of fraud and my claim was not being taken seriously. She advised me she would send documentation (Affidavit and copy of State issued photo ID) and told me I would be fine and my replacement would come via mail on the following business day (04/03/2017). I followed up with Asurion the next day (04/01/2017) and was told by a representative that no paperwork had been received and I would need to start a new claim. I had to do this process ultimately 4 times in 5 days. The original claims were denied due to a "lack of usage" but a sprint automated service confirmed 2 texts, 1 phone call, and 0.13 GB of data were used before I placed a restriction on the phone. I called the location at 2820 Mountaineer Blvd. and was told the documents were sent and they would not call Asurion to provide proof of the phone usage. At the same time, Asurion was assuring me they received paperwork this time but my claim would have to be restarted from the beginning due to a claim being denied because a Sprint rep at 2820 Mountaineer Blvd would not assist me in resolving the issue with the proof of usage. I now have had my claim accepted today on 04/04/2017 and was told for the first time that I would have to pay a $200 deductible in order to receive my replacement phone. When advising the retail location at 2820 Mountaineer Blvd of my plans on filing this claim with your office, I was responded back with "alrighty" and silence followed by another "alrighty". I feel I was purposely lied to, blatently disrespected, and treated unfairly during this process by multiple Sprint retail store representatives at 2820 Mountaineer Blvd., Sprint Customer Care, and Asurion Customer Care.
