Beware! I was charged for over $850, mostly labor charges. The time starts when they arrive and continues while they make a trip to S. Charleston to get parts. Neighbor used a company and got the same replacement part (blower motor) installed for a quarter of the price. The "guarantee" is a joke. Was supposed to get a call from the supervisor about the noise that I "might just have to get used to." I never got a call. Now I am having another company to fix it. The warranty on the part is no good because "it works." On a positive note, the tech was friendly and knowledgeable. I would not recommend this company.

They did good work, but I paid for a lot of labor that didn't take place. They had to run to a hardware store to get a part and that was billable time for them as well as the time to and from their shop. $400+ to replace a cast iron toilet flange. I wouldn't use them again.

The ultimate plumbing repair company. I've used them several times. My home has a complicated sewage ejector pump system that many other companies will not even look at it. Mullen is always professional and gets the job done. The only company I will use in the future.

I have used Mullen for a shower faucet install and for a heating/cooling checkup recently. Showed up on time, work was neat and done right, and no bull. Will use again.

1. -Your tab start running from the time they leave South Charleston at $ 75.00 per hour-labor-

2. -You will be charged for the time it takes them to return to South Charleston, after the job is completed.

3.-Be prepared to pay $75.00 per hour while they go back to Charleston to get their parts and supplies. In my ignorance to this labor fees, I was lucky enough to convince them to try a local hardware store, intead of goin back to Charleston, otherwise I would had to pay twice ($225.00) instead of the $112.50 I was charged for them to get :Silver tape-metal tape, a 3/4" plug, a 3/4" tee, a 3/4" 90 degree angle, in addition to the cost of the materials.

4.-The bill to stop water leaking out from air handler was $556.67. We are located in Walton.
