        SO UPSET CPR!!! I brought my Ipad in to have the screen fixed. Cell Phone Repair in South Charleston fixed the screen, however they damaged the home button and did something to the internet reception/antennae so that the Internet will NOT work at all whereas it worked perfectly before they touched it! They damaged my IPAD and then refused to repair the damage. I had to take my IPAD to ATT for two separate trips to make certain that it was not something with their product and also I made several trips to Cell Phone Repair. The male manager was also smart alec and rude to me. The RIGHT thing to do would be to offer to fix the damage that they caused and /or pay to have it fixed. Now I am going to have to PAY someone to fix the internet which was working FINE before CPR fixed my screen and I am also going to have to spend time making complaints about CPR to the Better Business Bureau, the Attorney General's office and it looks like spend time taking CPR to court so that they can be forced to pay to have the damage they caused fixed because they are not at all willing to make things right on their own. I do not feel that They have interacted ethically with me as a customer in this situation and they have provided extremely poor customer service.
