I recently called for a car windshield repair because my vehicle had been broken into. The man I spoke with to try to get some information regarding my vehicle, was extremely unprofessional and rude! It was as if I had bothered him by calling for his service. I DO NOT recommend Andrew Square Auto Glass for any of your services. Don't waste your time! However, I highly recommend" A Touch of Glass" in Boston, MA! The customer service at "A Touch of Glass" is exceptional!! Definitely give them a call instead, you won't be disappointed!

I was visiting my daughter in Boston & we came out on a Saturday morning to find out that not only had someone smashed her driver-side window but they also barfed in her car. The Boston P.D. & Mass. S.P. were called & were exremely helpful. With a bit of luck, we were directed to Andrew Square Auto Glass to have the glass replaced & the interior of the car cleaned up & detailed. At noon on a Saturday, Bobby & his crew were able to get the glass, install it, and clean up the mess within 2 hours. While we waited, we were treated to lunch and I was driven to the airport so I could catch my flight back to Colorado. I feel privileged to have met & done business with Bobby & his staff at Andrew Square Auto Glass.

I have read some very negative reviews of Andrew Sq Auto Glass and I had to go get a photo inspection for insurance purposes. A man named Michael helped me out and was very helpful and kind. He took extra time to explain the process and offered to help in any way he could. I would go back, but only if I knew he was there to help.

My car passenger window got broken and I needed to replace the glass asap. Andrew Sq Auto Glass shop is around the corner from me and I brought my car there. When I picked up my car, I found it seriously dented on the front bumper plus multiple small dents from other cars' doors on both sides. When I pointed at the bumper damage, the people who work there (maybe the owner) attacked and harassed me verbally and said I made this all up. I do not believe I have ever been treated so badly in my life. Just to mention, I keep great care of my car, it gets serviced at BMW dealer and it had not had any scratches or dents before. Of course, I filed the police report and called my insurance. Since there was no witness to actually see that they did the damage, they got away with this and I had to pay for all additional repairs. I suggest to stay away from this place if you respect yourself and care for your car.

My car window was broken and I needed it fixed fast. Andrew Square promised to have the part by 10 but the warehouse blew the delivery. No big thing and not their fault, but when I tried to get them to contact the warehouse to verify it was on the next truck, they started hassling me. The guy who installed the window was overheard telling his co-worker about missing parts. When questioned, they yelled at me. After the job was done and I had left, they called me on my cell phone three times to hassle me. And the window doesn't open correctly. Avoid this place.

I am insured by Liberty Mutual and I had to go get my car inspected by them and send a report back to the agency... I called them up and the conversation was not too pleasant. I asked if they did inspections for liberty mutual and he said ""yep"", and I then asked what time was best. He said, ""Now"". I replied that I couldn't come in now because I was at work and he said, very agitatedly, ""well what time IS good for you?"" I replied "" well, whats the best time besides now?"" and he repeated ""WHAT TIME IS GOOD FOR YOU"" more agitated even. And I said 5:00, and hes like nope and he said 4 o clock...... The whole conversation seemed like I was doing him a disservice by making an appointment with him, and his tone was extremely rude. I am not going to go there for service, even for such a silly thing as an inspection.
