Awful customer service for online purchases. I placed an order and selected 2 day shipping. Unfortunately, 1 week after placing the order, I had to try contacting them (multiple times) to inquire about the item. I literally sent 5-6 emails before receiving a response. And the response was that my item hasn't even been processed yet. Nearly 20$ in shipping completely wasted! Hopefully their store customer service is better, because I'm exhausted from trying to find out the status of my purchase!
