        I've been going to Tim and his staff for 20 years.

        My vehicle gets severe service, meaning lots of weight and short trips. Guaranteed kept it going for 15 years with accurate diagnostics, good repairs and updates on what would be needed and the price. And when my wife's truck would not start, he came to the house and got it going! Highly recommend his shop,

        These guys are great. Fair, honest and all the work they've done on my vehicle came in at less than their competitors. I had a problem with my engine turning over that a few of them looked at, rand diagnostics and fixed that took almost an hour. They refused payment. I HIGHLY recommend them!

        I love this place!

        I have never had a bad experience here. You can't put Guaranteed in your name without backing it up, and Tim and his guys do! I've never been to a shop with more integrity and dedication to customer service than Guaranteed Auto Service

        Bad Service DON'T USE !!!!

        Would not recommend these people to no one.Was supposed to flush and change transmission filter. Well all they did was let all the fluid out.With no fushing or filter change. So please people don't let these nasty,stealing,cheatin people do you wrong too!!!

        I am very surprised at this comment. Being the owner of Guarnteed Auto Service, I know for a fact that no one in my shop would EVER do a transmission service without replacing the filter. Anyone who knows the basics of car repair would tell you that it doesn't make sense to not replace the filter if you are already in the transmission. I welcome this dissatisfied customer, buyingall, to return to Guarnteed Auto Service with receipt in hand and I will cheerfully refund his money. My business philosophy is to perform only the neccessary repairs properly and to the customers satisfaction. As all my customers know, they are always first.
