The Child Support Division is a part of Saint Joseph County Prosecutor s Office. The division is responsible for the establishment, modification and enforcement of child support orders. It serves the residents of St. Joseph County in Indiana. The Child Support Division offers paternity establishment and early intervention services. The division operates establishment, support and enforcement divisions. It also locates absent parents who are responsible for supporting their children. The Child Support Division maintains communication with custodial and noncustodial parents. Saint Joseph County Prosecutor s Office additionally manages a county metro homicide unit that offers investigation and evidence collection services and operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
