It is hard to find professional services now a days. I set up an appointment for Sinco to come help me open my pool. I took off work to meet them at my house. After a half hour past the appointment time and calling them 3 times, the manager Jennifer told me they were backed up and would not be able to open my pool and they would have to reschedule. Her solution was to reschedule and they could give me a bottle of algaecide, a $20 value. I was very upset and asked for a discount and she said no they couldn't do that. Very unprofessional and doesn't keep their commitments.
