My experience was not the best at the South Bend airport location. The employee who handled my initial paperwork was very unprofessional!! He failed to tell us several things that forced us to either ask or figure out ourselves 1) did not go over the detailed receipt- final price, $20 deposit pending vehicle return, gas refill price upon return vs refilling the gas ourselves 2) Did not tell us what to do when we returned the car- typically an attendant checks the car and takes the keys from you upon return. However, they failed to tell us we must walk back inside to drop off the keys in person. If you return a vehicle after hours, you are to drop the keys off in a box inside the building near the waiting area for the buses. It is obvious the employees don't enjoy their jobs but they should at least communicate all vital information clearly to the client!
I have been using Enterprise for many years. This particular location was stellar and each of the representatives were very helpful. From the first contact, and even all the personal issues I was having on my trip, they made everything so easy, I could not have asked for a better experience. Eric the manager was especially helpful in making the transition effortless and making me feel like I was important. He took care of me so fast and made sure I made my flight on time. Thanks Enterprise...this is why I will never use any other company but yours.
