NEVER use these people. They almost caused our stove to blow up and may have killed us, and burnt down our home. If you value your LIFE you will NEVER use these people. They should be shut down to the lack of caring about life and limb. Their repair man spent 4 hours breaking everything he touched, and there was a large hole and the inside was in pieces. He left in a hurry and said he was upset that we didn't like what he was doing. Now I know that he left our stove in a DANGEROUS way that could have KILLED us. Left wire exposed and broke the part they brought which had taken since June to get. BEWARD OF THEM.. Do not believe what they say, as they do lie. There is NO excuse to have done what they have done to our stove. The tech is worthless as he told us nothing except talk to the boss, so I did. Never heard back from them about anything except Ron said I was on his back?..NOT Ron (the boss)wasn't here, and the tech never used the phone, plus we have no cell service where we live. It's all BS!! and they might KILL you with not caring about what they do or how they do it. We are so lucky the stove didn't blow up or leak all of our gas when we were not home. DANGEROUS COMPANY..Oh the part they used was from Electrolux and not Duro Company as they said they had on back order. Total BS...
I would not recommend this company at all. They are very unprofessional. I agree with the other two poor reviews. The office has no idea what is going on with the technicians or their schedule. They tell you one thing and do another. They tell you that the part will be in in a couple of days, a week later, no word from them. They come out to fix the appliance and have either the wrong parts or are lacking parts they forgot to order the first time. The only time they seem to know what is going on is when they want payment. They make you wait forever to fix things and then they call you for payment without giving a reasonable time period to pay.
DO NOT use this business. I would give it zero stars if i could. The owner has threatened to have his son "smash and cripple" my father. Horrible rude idiots who do not know how to run a business. Who the hell threatens their customers??
Beware Sonora Appliance!!!!!This is a family run business, and I can't believe that they have stayed in business this long. They ordered a part for me, they told me the part would arrive within a couple of days, and a week later, the part had not arrived. The two women that answer the phone, the owner, and the technician have no communication whatsoever. I was told multiple different stories from these people about where my product was, was it ordered, where it was coming from, and when it would arrive. I just was told today that it was now a "Special Order", that it would take three weeks to get here, and she refused to track the order. I have never dealt with a more rude company, and their disorganization is second to none.I would drive an hour to Modesto just so I don't have to deal with these jokers.
