Warning: After having to drive 5 hours round trip (because General Manager Kelly Robinson refused to take calls, respond to email, or phone messages), he informed me that his dealership had processed a good deal and had a right to the vehicle sitting on their lot (even though they had taken a car in on trade two weeks earlier with no title or proof of request for duplicate title from DMV)... Worse yet, when DMV first advised me that a release of liability had been issued to Sonora Ford but no other paper work processed through DMV, the Finance Manager, Steve, told me over the phone that the car was indeed on their lot and that I HAD TO bring them in the title. Of course, I told him that I didn't think so and asked why they didn't at least ask that a duplicate title be signed... How Sonora Ford thinks that they are going to be able to legally resell the car is beyond me. All the further information they could provide was that they were not releasing the vehicle and preferred it be resolved as a civil matter. What a headache. The courtesy of a return call is the least level of customer service they could have provided, but NO, a return call has never showed up in my phone logs :-( :-( :-( WOW, now instead of trying to straighten any misunderstanding he may have with DMV in processing his sales, I just got an email from the General Manager, again, demanding I give him the title or he was going to sue me for the title WOW :-( :-( :-(
I would rate less than 1 star if I could. These people are crooks. Took in my f250 to get new transition installed with a warranty for a total of $5000. I year later transmition breaks again and when I get the vehicle there they make every excuse of why it broke and that's it's not there fault. They will not pay to fix the vehicle or honor the warranty. Let's just say I am going to take them to small clams court, and I have emailed ford motor company.
No one ever called me about not having my Navigator ready. I had to call to find out it was not ready when promised. Took 4 days to repair air system that should have only been 1-2 days. Got my vehicle back in worse condition than when I took it in for the repairs. Wanted more money to maybe fix my SUV
They are so unprofessional, they don't care about their customers. They will rip people off. I hate going there! Don't go to them. I got a car from them and they did not help me with the damages even though I had a full coverage warenty.
