We develop new drills and training concepts to keep you fully engaged in your martial arts practice. Real Life Training Scenarios We put a lot of time in development and study actual real world events. With this we build "live action scenarios" that we use to push the limits of our students physically, mentally & emotionally. Practical Application We don't spend time standing still punching in the air. All our drills are interactive and exciting. We built our system on realism. Rather than doing forms or katas, we work with an actual partner for maximum effectiveness. Total Self Defense Self Defense isn't just defending yourself from an attack. You have to be physically fit, and mentally strong. That's why we also focus on defense against Depression, Anxiety, Obesity, Heart Disease & Diabetes.
