First called the Somerset office on June 22nd at about 9:05 a.m. to try and make an appointment to have a filling replaced in a tooth. The first two times that I called no one answered the phone. On the second call, I left my name and Phone number on a machine explaining what I needed done. Once again, no response from the Somerset Office. Later, I tried calling again and finally someone answered the phone. I explained what I needed done and was told I had I be transferred to another person to help me. Left a message on this 2nd person's answering machine, but never received a call back until approximately 3 or 4 hrs. later. Made this person aware of what I needed done and was told again that I had to be transferred again. Left a message again, but no one returned my call within a reasonable time so I contacted another dentist in the Somerset area and made an appointment to have the work done with just one phone call. I will not deal with Somerset Dental Associates again.

The best Dentist you can find. Care for their patients especially children and adults with disabilities. I recommend them to everyone.
