My name is Ganga Perera and I had an appointment to see Dr Cha since I was not able to get Dr Pappert for a long time. while I was there 3 interns came to the room and one female named Zaira. The reason why I went to see the dermatologist was because of a long term irritation around my lips. They were totally unprofessional. In my case after seeing a derm, nearly after two months, the answer I got was we can't do anything about it. Let it heal by itself. I said it does not make any sense. Dr Cha was in the room may be for 5 minutes. It was waist of my time and copay for the time that I was there. Then the student doctor Zaira was telling me " there is the door get out". Thank you for your very unprofessional advice. They are ruining Dr. Pappert's name. I had so much respect when I walked to the office but destroyed within 5 minutes of talking to Dr Zaira.
