Don't talk to owner...Talk to Carl for an honest deal! He's the man. He is totally honest about all vehicles. Gave us an awesome deal on a 2001 Ford F150. He is highly recommended......
Kia will not back it's own warranty even on new vehicles. This dealership is a joke and they are all smiles when taking your hard earned money. But if you have a problem. They will not because there for you. Buyer beware.
Absolutely wonderful service. Richard our sales rep went above and beyond to get us in a car we love even though we have far less than perfect credit.

Got this tri-city motors mixed up with the superstore . Didn't buy from them. Don't buy from tri-city superstore!
I'd give these guys a 0 if I could. Stay away unless you want to pay a high price for a car and then pay thousands more to get it fixed within weeks of buying it. The owner wouldn't even pay half of a cheap part they said was wrong with it. Stay as far away as you can!
repairs... After four weeks of hell finally got my car back from alton blakely PLEASE do not take your care here! Trasmission messed up. First nothing wrong with it. Then when I couldn't drive off the lot. There was somthing wrong with it. Took a week to break down and dignose. Warranty denied it after wrong disnoses. I had to call the dealership and the warranty company myself alone to get taken care of. Then when it was approved last Friday it took til Tuesday after I called for them to order parts. Car finally was fixed this morning and they are billing the warranty company for the whole time they put me in a rental. So if I didn't fight my but off and my dealership, I would have be hit with the bill of 3k plus 800 for the rental. Please do not go here. By far the worse experience of my life. And it took me calling everyone and every thing. Everyday to get it done. And I was still treated like a criminal when I wanted my car back.
I made custom drapes for Mr. & Mrs. Boyds houseboat and upholstered their sofa in partial trade for a vehicle. The vehicle needed a part for the horn that I never received and the transmission was bad. Stephen's suggestion: Run it through the Auto Auction. They said it was not guarenteed but if anything major went wrong right away ( it lasted 9 days) they would work with me. Thanks for NOTHING!!!
