I just read the other review a...

I just read the other review and I don't find that to be true. I have been going there for years and every time I have gone in they have been nice and upfront. I don't think they are rude or anything like that. I love the setting, it isn't stale and impersonal like most hospitals. My dog was really sick once and they brought me right in. I told them I didn't have all the money in the world so they gave me a round about what the visit would cost with what they thought would be needed so i would know. Yes the x-ray is close to the rooms but I am sure they wouldn't have it there unless it was safe. These girls have never been anything but kind to me and my pets. I would recommend this place to anyone!!

Overall
No parking and dangerous x-rays = go elsewhere

This isn’t a real vet hospital, it is someone’s HOUSE that has been made into one. There is NO parking lot whatsoever and forget finding anything on the street even close. When you call, first thing they rudely ask is “are you a client?” and then you’ll be put on hold for 10-15 mins. If you are “lucky” enough to score an appointment, expect to wait at least 2 hours. I asked three other people in the waiting room if this was unusual and they’re like, “Oh no we always have to wait 1-2 hours.”

Once you finally get to see one of the Dr.’s, you will then be made to feel like a piece of dirt if you can’t afford $200 for blood work and another $500 to have your dog’s teeth cleaned because you’ve been out of work for the past year.

Finally, there is the DANGEROUS X-RAY EXPOSURE. Why would anyone put the x-ray machine right outside the exam rooms? It is literally just a few feet away from the door!

Long wait,no parking, high prices, rude receptionists, condescending doctors, and dangerous x-rays = go elsewhere
