My girlfriend and I went in to the store and purchased a jetpack to take care of some of our internet needs. She told us she was the manager which was a complete lie!!!!The first day I went home to use this device I immediately realized it did not work so I called the rep to see if she knew what was wrong.We took our laptop and device into the store and supposedly had it fixed.I took it home and it still did not work!So I called back and the rep back and she told us she would get back to us....SHE DID NOT.I called back again and she said she needed to talk to someone about the connection issue, took down my number and said she would get back to me........SHE DID NOT.Now were past the 2 week mark and cannot return it so all of the fees associated with this device we have to pay.Further more if we want to cancel this device it will cost us almost $200.00 dollars!Thanks a lot . We will not be coming back
