Ok place to have your bike maintained but I wouldn't buy a bike from them. I've had maintenance done on 2 bikes there and they did a good job with both. However, I have tried twice to buy a bike from them and both times they let me down. The first time, I went in and discussed the type of riding I was planning to do. They recommended a Jamis Sport (which they had none of for me to actually see or test drive). Some of the questions I asked about that specific bike they couldn't answer. She looked in the catalogue and the answers weren't there either. She told me she would have to call about it, she took my name and number, I left and I never heard from her again.

After doing some research on my own via the internet and visiting various bike shops over a period of several months, I realized the Jamis Sport was not what I was looking for at all. The Trek 7.5 FX and 7500 are closer to what I need. Anyway, I called Ricco's to inquire about Trek and was promptly told by the person answering the phone, with an attitude that gave me the impression I was bothering her, "we don't sell Trek" <click>.

Needdless to say, I will not be going back there to try and buy a bike again, and I will be taking my bikes elsewhere to have them maintained in the future.

In response to ""How rude..."" ,

With all due respect, some of the bikes in that shop are worth thousands, and sometimes kids come in there without parents and start screwing with the bikes.

I wouldn't have yelled, but I certainly would be right there with the kid to ask HIM questions.

We just redesigned! Do you like it?
