I called during my lunch. I only get 30 mins of lunch. I wasted 10 mins talking to Amanda to get my anxiety medicine for an MRI appt. She said she was going to process the prescription and if workers comp didn't pay for it then I would pay the $12 then get reimbursed by my adjuster I agreed and I told her that I would pick up the medicine at 3 p.m. I got there at 3 just to find out that my medication was not processed. So I spoke to some one there and they said they would process the medication as soon as possible the pharmacy manager said it would take 5 minutes no longer than 10 minutes. I am not happy with the customer service I received at CVS.
