They have an incredible team of instructors who not only possess immense skill but also radiate genuine care and compassion. I've personally witnessed how they welcome practitioners of all ages, ensuring that everyone feels included and valued. As a parent, I deeply appreciate their approach, especially seeing how respectful they've been towards my 12-year-old son's journey into yoga.

In my experience, the instructor used techniques not within her scope of practice, and I sustained an injury I am dealing with four years later. When I discussed the situation with the owner, she was dismissive and uncaring. Needless to say, I was quite disappointed with her lack of regard.
