If you want to avoid entering the hosting hell dimension, here are 10 potential entertaining glitches, and how to avoid them.
The food is awful. Ordered stuffed mushrooms and half the mushroom was raw. Sent it back and the second time it was soggy and full of water. The hostess totally rude and skipped me to be seated. Another employee was nice enough to help seat us. Our waitress, Amina, was really nice. She was the best part of the experience. However, i will NEVER EVER go back to that olive garden and never recommend it to anyone.
Wife and I went there at 4:00p to eat on 1/4/17, great food and the servers that wait on the customers are great, problem is the staff that works at the front desk that seats customers. At 4:00p the place wasn't that busy, were told it would be 10 minutes for them to "get a table ready". From the front desk, I could see plenty of empty tables in the first section of the restaurant, so I sat down with the wife. After 5 minutes I left to use the restroom in the rear of the place, walked thru the restaurant to get to the back, there were empty tables everywhere. Walked back up to the front and the wife was still sitting there. Waited 2-3 more minutes for a table, finally got up and walked to the front desk, asked the girl there why I had to wait because there was plenty of empty tables, she didn't even acknowledge me, (look up at me) so I asked her again, why am I waiting for a table because there were plenty of empty tables? again she didn't acknowledge me (look up) so I asked to speak to the manager, again she didn't even look up, so the wife and I left, went across the street and went to Longhorns, where they got my 42.00 dollars. This is the second time, I've had problems with the "front desk" staff at this location, last time was in October 2016, when at 3:00p in the afternoon they wouldn't let my wife and I sit in a booth, but tried twice to sit us a small table, again at 3:00pm the place was almost empty, tables (booths) everywhere that were empty. NEVER have this problem at other Olive Gardens in the area. The front dusk staff at this place act like your an interruption to whatever their doing, (talking to each other).
My favorite yogurt icecream spot to take kids. I love the variety of flavors. My favorite is the French vanilla with caramel sauce and chopped peanuts. This is a kid friendly establishment with a big screen for kids to play games.
It was my 1st time eating there..Wonderful place, food, & the employees were awesome. I do plan on returning.
Great small place with an outside area as well.
Awesome! Awesome! just what we needed here. love the bacci balls
Pizza is good but not exceptional. Service at counter is poor. Counter service did not know the menu and waited over ten minutes to hear the red wine selection and forty five minutes for pizza they took out of the case. Very pricey for counter service food and very unfriendly staff. Went on opening night (only six days ago) service was excellent. Staff needs to be trained. Was hoping for a really good Italian and pizza restaurant at this location.
Compare to other Chinese/American/Japaneses buffet around the area, this is one of the worst. The bottom line is the food is just not good...their sweet and sour soup is the worst I have ever tasted and everything else is okay to bad. One thing going for them is the cheap price. Coming back? no way.
If you leave this place hungry it is your fault!!!!!!!Great service and Great food!!!!With all the different types of food.... and the qualityis amazing!!!!!!!
Generally I try and stay away from buffet's because they're so hit or miss. This place was certainly a big swing and a miss. Upon entering for an early dinner I was greeted and sat promptly. My initial impressions of the buffet spread were positive. This place offered the usual array of chinese style food such as sesame chicken, general Tso's chicken, beef and broccoli, egg rolls, spring rolls, and the proverbial fried rice and lo mein offerings. I sampled each of the above (save for the egg rolls and spring rolls). The food lacked any sort of flavor, whatsoever. The chicken dishes tasted very bland. The beef and broccoli tasted as if it was re-heated. When I tried the string beans, I felt as if I was eating rubber bands. I went for a second plate, hoping I just grabbed the wrong foods and that something else must be more flavorful...unfortunately I was wrong again. I took a chance and tried the flounder, and was thoroughly disappointed. I threw my napkin on my plate and requested my check...too scared to try the sushi. This is a place I will not return to.
