Have been going here for quite sometime. When the business was first built you got what you paid for. Recently, the past 6-8 months I would go there and purchase the most expensive wash. I noticed that I wasn't getting the tire shine that I paid for. I complained and every time one of the attendants would reluctantly come out and hand apply the shine. The last time I went in which was about a month ago, I complained again. The manager told me that he didn't care and if I wanted my tires taken care of I could go do it myself. I asked who I could call to make a complaint to and he wrote down a number that went to some prescription service. I called back the next day to talk to the head manager "Slobo" and without me saying anything he just hung the phone up. I called back a couple more times and when they answered it was an immediate hangup. This is a cat wash that everyone should stay away from.
Terrible experience!! The manager Slobo acts like he is on drugs! He has terrible customer service and appears to be a nasty person! Nasty wash cloths and the car wash rarely gets your car clean on the first drive thru!!!! Beware DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE!!!
This place has sure come a long way recently. I was very impressed with the upgrades and the improved service I received. I will definetly be returning and reccomending to all of my friends/family. great new management.
Going here is fine if you only get the $5 wash. Pay for anything else and you won't get it. There is no where to complain. No website, Facebook is pretty much non exsistant. I was good with it until today. Paid $18 and didn't get everything I paid for. Went to 3 Vacuums before I found one that would work better than the previous 2. I said better, not great. The owner is making a lot of money and giving you only half. What a joke.
the worse CAR WASH in Snellville...even after tipping these people, you pick up your car and it's dirty, either not vacuumed properly or spots still left in car..trash under seat..awful!! and they have the nerve to increase their prices!!! horrible..do not patronize this ripoff institution
DO NOT GO TO AUTOBELL SNELLVILLE. THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR CAR AND TELL YOU IT ISN'T THEIR FAULT.Took a van belonging to two of my dearest friends, on a very fixed income, to be washed as a Christmas present. The car wash ripped off the passenger mirror.Managers excuse for not accepting responsibility.The mirror has scratches on it and that obviously weakened the structure of the mirror.This was a folding mirror. If it had been hit from the front or behind it would have simply folded in. This was struck from the top or bottom.I asked the manager "If we had folded the mirrors do you think this would have happened"His reply, "We will never know and it's not our responsibility to fold in the mirrors any more than it is our responsibility to roll up the windows".I pointed out that they have a sign that tells customers to roll up the windows and that NON FACTORY accessories weren't AutoBell's responsibility. It didn't suggest folding in the mirrors.Then the manager pointed out that non of the other cars had their mirrors torn off so it couldn't have been the wash that did it.By the way the replacement FACTORY mirror was $30 on E-bay with free shipping.The manager didn't even comp the wash, with that type of service I really felt bad not tipping the staff that did a good job making the van look nice for my friends.The manager at this location doesn't know what customer service is, doesn't adhere that is stated in the signage (AutoBell is not responsible for NON FACTORY equipment) and could care less about your car, your repeat business or their reputation.
