Stonecrest Medical Center

StoneCrest Medical center was great to work with when my husband had kidney stones and we ended up in the ER. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Service I received while getting my mamogram was good. However, I had to pay my portion before they'd do it. Come to find out they over charged me and getting a refund on the amount I overpaid is another story. After 2 calls in about 6 weeks time, still they have not issued a refund. They want their money up front, but if they charged you too much and you are expecting a refund, good luck on getting it.

Horrible Emergency Room, would rate no stars if possible.

Yes Horrible Emergency Room, Fast Food Mentality, more concerned with their facebook account than the job at hand, would rate no stars if possible.

Male nurse in ER was Rude and severely unproffesional! I live around the corner from Stonecrest but will be driving to another hospital next time!

This hospital has the worst emergency room I have ever been to. They have the most unfeeling, unprofessional Drs, nurses and even the receptionist. I came to this emergency room in severe pain from complications from surgery and I have never been treated so poorly by medical professionals. Needless to say had I not been in so much pain I would have found another hospital. No matter how bad I am the next time I will never go to this emergency room again. I have also heard complaints from many others. Please consider yourself and your loved ones before going to this hospital ER. There are other hospitals not too much further away and it will be worth it. The only thing they were quick and concerned about was my insurance. I rec'd my bill in the mail within 72 hours. How's that for service.
