As the customer below me stated customer service and the fact it's connected to Steve Rayman, made me more comfortable with my purchase. I bought a 2007 Cadillac SRX. Pretty good ride! Transmission went out 3 days after me purchasing it! Ok so they 'said' it was rebuilt! 2 months later EXACTLY same issue!!! So now I'm hit w it's AS IS and your responsibility! So now I have to choose between keep paying to not hit my credit or a voluntary repossession! I'm a single mom of 3 boys! I'm on the verge of being fired because I can't get to work! All they know is that I just bought that car! They are just out for your money! They don't care about their customers AT ALL! I'd like to meet these ppl who had good experiences and got better cars after a yr! Please stay away! Don't let the professionalism fool you! They are buy here pay here at the end of the day. All their gonna do is take the car fix it, and give it to another poor unfortunate soul!
Dont do it. Customer service was actually better than what the reviews say, but when I say Dont buy here, please save yourself continuous headaches. I thought that since this B lot was connected to Steve Rayman Chevy, it was respectable. Well, In 9 months, I have paid 2, $1000 deposits on cars that fail almost instantly after driving away. I have made every payment on time, and regularly changed the oil, filters, and fluids. I have been communicating my vehicle concerns from day 1. After 7 months, the SUV transmission went out. I paid $550 for a 100,000 mile checkup the month before. Since they didn't WANT to replace the trans, they offered me a new car. New deposit. AND added part of the suv balance to my new loan. This new car has been in play for a month-literally 30 days and now the vinyl to my convertible top has separated from the back window, the car leaks uncontrollably in the rain, AND the entire floor and my trunk floods. Now it smells horrible in the car and I have to drive my toddler in this, because according to Ben, "it wasn't leaking when you bought it." Pray Hard if you decide to deal with this company.
Scam artist,poor service, unskilled technicians,and the owner wow a piece of work. Please stay away from this place i have wasted $1,232 on sloppy body work. Had to repaint my vehicle numerous times because they want to use cheap paint that doesn't match factory specs.Beware!
I would advice anyone considering using this business to go to the BBB site and see the complaints against them.I also filed a complaint with the BBB against them to.I would never recommend them to my worst enemy, a crook with a business license.I took my car here to have the emissions and an alignment done on 2/9/13.I was charged $60.00 for an alignment that wasn't done or whatever adjustments they did do wasn't right and they had to have known this because my back 2 tires wore out really bad and when i noticed that they were wearing almost slick i went back on or before 3/23/13 and asked them to realign my tires, they seemed reluctant to do it but finally put it on the rack.Then the guy that said he was in charge (because I asked for Chad the owner and was told that he was out of town)came in and told me that my cambers were bad, rusty and that they couldn't be adjusted.So I asked him why did they charge me for a 4 wheel alignment in Feb. because if they were rusty and bad now (Mar.)then they were also bad in Feb.I took my car to my mechanic and he checked my car and said that my sub frame was bent, that the cambers were not bad.I had him replace the sub frame, the bottom control arms and I also told him to go ahead and put in new camber screws, after this work was done I took my car back to One Stop Auto on 4/6/13 and asked them to realign my car.After waiting for about an hour the guy that says he was in charge (because the owner Chad was not there again)came outside and told me that Chad had called and told him that I would have to pay to have my car realigned.I told him I wasn't going to pay them to do what they didn't do right the first time or they didn't do the alignment at all the first time.They never told me that anything was wrong with the cambers,They didn't say anything about the sub frame being bent, nothing at all about anything being wrong on 2/9/13 the day that the alignment was supposely done and I was charged for it. I feel that they knew it wasn't a good alignment or just didn't do it at all but charged me the $60.00 on 2/9/13 and then wouldn't make it right when I went back to them.BEWARE !!! VERY DISHONEST BUSINESSI had to click one star to be able to post but they get 0 stars from me
