Our initial cleaning was a joke. They claimed the cleaner was there for 5 hours, and charged us almost $300. We came home to an apartment that looked the same when we left. The floors had not been touched and the toilets weren't even cleaned. We called to address the issue right away. Not only is it IMPOSSIBLE to get someone to answer the phone, but after leaving numerous voice-mails, we finally got a call back. They offered a 2 hour cleaning service for free. Well three weeks pass, and we have yet to have our apartment cleaned. I have called over 20 times. They finally scheduled someone to come, and after not showing, we get a call about a wreck. Then they said they would have someone come the next morning at 8:30am. NEVER HAPPENED. I called today repeatedly, with no answer. This company is a joke and a rip off!!!!!!!!
This is hands down THE WORST cleaning service I have ever dealt with. Besides the fact that the first time they "cleaned" my house it looked like my 5 year old son did it after the maid had allegedly cleaned for 5 hours. Once we complained, (after calling 3 days straight with no word back) we were promised a "free" clean. That "free" clean only lead to another week of unanswered phone calls and emails. If I could give this service a negative star I would. TERRIBLE customer service paired with even worse "cleaning" skills. This business would be better off doing us all a favor and closing up shop.
I highly recommend this cleaning service! Between work and being a new mom, It seems as though I never find enough time to clean. This company sent 2 maids out that completely made life easier. They were on time and very nice. We use them for recurring services now! I am a very pleased customer!
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCEI have never written a review but my experience was so poor I have to. I wish I could comment on the actual cleaning experience but after having to reschedule my appointment 4 TIMES I still have no idea BECAUSE NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP. Each time I called to ask what happened I was told that I had called and rescheduled (NOT TRUE), or I had cancelled my appointment (NOT TRUE), or that their records already indicated I had been serviced, (NOT TRUE), and the last time I was called twice and no one answered (NOT TRUE). The last time was the most irritating because the person I spoke to basically made it seem like I was the problem when the real problem is the fact that NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP and it looks like that is just the way they conduct business.
Unfortunately I had a bad customer service experience with this company! The had deals listed on Livingsocial.com. I purchased the 4 hour deep cleaning deal. I went online and used the self scheduling to ma k e my appointment. I then got a phone call from someone who basically stated that they didn't offer the deal I purchased. I informed her that the company did indeed offer the deal and said I can send her a screen shot as proof. She then informed me that if they honor the deal then they wont be able to pay the 2 maids that theyd have to send out because the compsny only gets paid a small portion from livingsocial. She then stated that I need to go ask for a refund and then i can go directly to thier site and purchase the deal there. I was astounded that I was being asked to go through all that effort simply because this company had made a bad company decision to partner with livingsocial. I was further dismayed that the person hadn't thought to apologize to me for my inconvenience. In the end I'm glad that phone call happened because I wouldn't have wanted to do business with a company that lacks basic customer service.
