Vinings Estates has been receiving Austell/Douglasville/Hiram/Mableton/Powder Springs Yellow Page directories for years. AT&T bills the Vinings Estates residents for Smyrna 911 emergency service, yet delivers rhe directories based on the incorrect Mableton 30126 zip code routing made by the Post Office. The residents would like to receive the proper Smyrna Yellow Pages directory based on where taxes & 911 service is charged. AT&T has not got it right in over 20 years and many complaints later. What will it take to get YP deliveries based on 911 service charges?
If you enjoy standing for a while this is the perfect place to do it. There was only one associate on duty who was very slow. This place needs new management!
We have had Charter cable for 15 years. Recently, we had interrupted service and our cable box turning on randomly including in the middle of the night. We called Charter for a repair. The repairman came out and said it was a problem at the main box and he could not repair the issue. After 2.5 months of this problem we asked Charter for a credit. We spoke to two supervisors and Charter refused to credit us stating it was just an inconvenience. We are looking forward to having other options in the near future. In the meantime, if anyone in Smyrna, GA is receiving great service from another provider, please post as we would very much like to move our service
The customer service is bad and the guy over there understnads and knows nothing.Went there to get a new sim since changed my phone which now has Nano and earlier phone was supported with Micro sim.The first thing he should have asked me is whether I have updated my IMEI for my metropcs number. I was never aware that each time you buy a new unlocked phone, you have to register the the IMEI for your metropCS number.I was under the impression that the micro sim cut into nano at home wouldnt work for my new phone.Hence bought a new sim.He asked me that he would charge $10.50 for the new sim. He simply gave it to us without any configuration or affiliation with our MetroPCS number. Upon asking he mentions that you asked for a new sim. Are we going to eat the new sim? Then he said he would charge another $15 to activate the new SIM. Whats wrong with him. We already have a metropcs number, we had old sim and we just want to activate the new sim.The simple task was just to add the new IMEI for my old sim and I neednt have to buy a new sim altogether.Waste of money and waste of time.
This is the WORST Boost Mobile Ever!!!! Myra is a LIAR who also happens to be the store manager. This place lies to their customers and when you try to contact the owner they act like he is unreachable. Someone needs to take accountability for this business. If you want to be screwed over, go to this Boost Mobile and speak to Myra.
