Rich and his staff are great!
Love my new truck they fixed every problem that I noticed in a timely manner I would like to add People buy the ext warranty the extra few hundred is well worth it and it is added to total cost of car you really dont notice

I too purchased a used SUV from Colonial Motors, and my experience was excellent. After first checking the vehicle out at the dealership I did a little research to see if the asking price was fair, and the verdict was that it was not only fair, but up to $1000.00 under what other dealers were asking for comparable vehicles. Once we began talking numbers, I found both Steve Ryan and Rich Mason to be very open, honest, and they had no problem letting me take the vehicle to my mechanic to be checked over. The vehicle was exactly what they said it was and in the end I got a fantastic deal on it. I couldn't be happier with the vehicle or the buying experience, and this comes from a guy who normally stays away from dealerships. In the time I spent at the dealership, I witnessed numerous interactions between the staff and people who appeared to be happy, loyal, repeat customers, and the staff met all their needs.

We purchased our vehicle a couple of years ago and the entire service was excellent. It was done very quick with no pain. We have purchased many vehicles in the past and the process was so aggravating. We just dreaded anytime we needed to purchase another one and go through all the haggling and it usually was a whole day process of sitting in a dealership but not at Colonial Motors

Worst Dealership Ever

Dealt with Kim at their Dover, DE. do not buy from this place. they sell vehicles that are unsafe, will not pass inspection, and they misrepresent on the internet. I even specifically asked if there was anything wrong with the vehicle, they lied straight to my face and said there was nothing wrong. Within the 24 hrs after I purchased the vehicle, I discovered that the tires were dry rotted, and worn, power door actuators need replaced, several wiring issues, no coolant was in the engine, i mean NONE, mirror was cracked upon arrival, they said they'd take $50 off... but then also reduced my trade value by $50, so they took nothing off.. Liars, Thieves, scammers.. Unwilling to even SPLIT the cost of fixing the items, offered nothing.. They put my family at risk, keep in mind, I was a CASH buyer too. I did not need to utilize their buy-here pay-here financing, i did not NEED to buy a vehicle from them. My trade was super clean, as described, and everything was in 100% working order, like KIM RYAN told me the denali I purchased was.. Dishonest, pathetic customer service.. horrible.

It's now been two weeks, still no title.... refused to resolve anything, had to put another $900 into the vehicle they told me had nothing wrong with it.... horrendous.

I am in the same line of work, and we NEVER treat our customers like this..
