Driving up 290 I was hoping to find some old school bbq joint. Reading some reviews on some other sites, Zimmerhanzel's sounded perfect. It wasn't terrible, but nothing better than what you find at Bill Miller's. Service was decent and the drive down to Smithville was nice.
