Garrison Family Dentistry

Extremely disappointed in this dentists refusal to treat an emergency today. Simply needed a bridge tooth reattached to cross the span. Refused to treat and then was told that he would not treat us because we had been seeing another dentist. Poor customer service today.

I have been to several Northland dentists after moving from Wisconsin who all recommended large, expensive treatments for my teeth. I was surprised because my dentist in Wisconsin never recommended these things. I went to Dr. Garrison where he showed me what I think the others saw, and educated me on what the pros and cons of treatment were but left it to me to make the choice of what treatment I needed.

The office is very clean and his staff could not have been more friendly or helpful.

I have since taken my kids in and they got along well, though my son needed a filling, it went perfect and he didn't even know he got a shot.

We had a horrible experience with this practice. We were overcharged and instead of accepting their mistake, they became belligerent with us. Even after we paid the outstanding balance (within 30 days of receiving the bill) of a mere $50.20, we also received a letter that was completely rude and unprofessional. I don't know what would have happened if we didn't pay the bill! Something isn't right with a dentist's office that is willing to be so nasty over $50.

This if the most professional and friendly dentist office that I have been to in a very long time. I recommend Dr. Garrison and his staff to anyone looking for a dentist.

Having lived in over a dozen cities, I have had a lot of dentists, ranging from excellent to good to lousy. Dr. Garrison is one of the very best! He is kind, patient and VERY meticulous in his work. He uses the latest technology and provides the highest level of dental care available anywhere. I have referred many friends to him, and they have all been very pleased.
