Best customer service experience I have ever had with a company!!
Carjon recently installed Air Conditioning in my home. I am an elderly person and I needed the job done rather quickly. I could not have been happier with my decision to choose Carjon. Not only did they go above and beyond when installing my system, but they also showed me how to save money through energy rebate programs. They even went one step further and did all the leg work for me, so that I could take advantage of every rebate program for the system that I had installed. The workers were always very courteous and left my home spotless. After my system was installed they even have called me periodically to check in and see if everything is working properly. I would recommend Carjon to anyone.

I had them put in my air conditioning last spring. We even received a $250 coupon towards the price. The entire process was explained beforehand--any questions I had were answered completely. The workers that installed it were clean, friendly and timely. After they were done, they called to make sure everything was in order. Wouldn't hesitate to refer them to anyone. Great work

Carjon was originally referred to us from a family friend about ten years ago, and we have been happy ever since. They installed our central air conditioning back at that time and we only had one minor problem. There was some part that needed repair, so they came out promptly to fix it with no problems at all. They come to our home twice a year for tune ups on both the air conditioning and heating systems. The service technicians are always polite and neat. I would (and do) recommend Carjon to everyone!

I called this company on January 30 to service one of our stores with no heat. They never showed up or called. I called to follow up on February 5 and they said they were just to busy, maybe they could get to it tomorrow. What kind of business are you running if you can't even keep a scheduled appt.
