These guys did an awesome job on installing an new headliner, stereo, rain deflectors on my 1999 Ford F150. I was extremely pleased with the service, attention to detail, and the price was below what I thought it be. I will return!

Horrible Service, the guys are pushy, act like they know everything or just down right rude. Here is everything they did wrong on my $1500 install.



- Told me 3 hours and it took 7 hours to complete

- Messed up wiring, they were sticking out all over

- Messed up my leather and seat

- Messed up parts I brought in and told me it was not their fault

- When I took it back to get everything fixed they said nothing was wrong

- Manager laughed when I said I found a cheaper price of $150 less online for speakers. He said "If you buy them online and bring to me to install I charge you more and make more" wow!



VERY BAD experience, you better shop around!!

The best place to shop for car audio, with professional installation. They have the best selection for any budget. There are atleast three other stores in the area trying to copy sound stations name and claiming to be the same place. To many wannabes, no other place compares. Even the guys at bestbuy told me to go there.

I was really disappointed in this store! They are a big store here in Smithfield and I was expecting to have a good experience (new car...really excited about hookin' it up!)They have two types of salesmen... pushy and lazy. Either they are pushing items on you (while looking down their noses at how little you know) or they can't be bothered. Even tried a second time (maybe it was an off day) and the experience was just as bad. I spent a lot of money and later found out I had been over charged big time! I suggest you check out other places before resorting to shopping here.

OVER PRICED !!! OVER PRICED !!! OVER PRICED !!! Was given a quote to rewire stereo, shopped around they were the highest sometimes by twice as much. Also customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Went in to pick up items for my husband, told salesman what i wanted he told me I needed something else (told me I didn't know what I needed but he had been doing this forever and just.... "trust me, I know". However when I got home it was the wrong item but the store would not take item back UNOPENED with RECEIPT the VERY NEXT DAY!!!!! Would NOT recommend!!! EVER !!!
