WORST FINANCE COMPANY IN THE WHOLE F****** WORLD!!!! They do not deserve a STAR They try to REPO your car for anything they can think of! Even REPO by mistake! How is this company still in business! They REPOED my car BY MISTAKE at midnight on Christmas eve! How embarrassing is that, to have to call family to come pick you up in the AM because you now have no transportation to Christmas Church with the family the next day! Tina is the nastiest, lying, sneaky B*TCH in the world. How she still has a job, the way she talks to people is beyond me! Unbelievable! You send in your payments and they say they have not received them and try to come get your car! ALL THE TIME!!! She curses you over the phone and treats you like you are stupid. When you ask to speak to the manager, they tell you he is always on the phone! OR THEY JUST HANG UP ON YOU!!! They call and harass you from the office until you threaten to report them. Then, they call you from their cell phones!!! Not one single person there is helpful or nice. They are all a**holes! Lucky Smithfield, NC, where they are located at is too far for me to go up there, or I would have killed someone! It was so bad, that I traded in my car at a different dealership so I could finance through another lender. Even then, when the dealership and myself called them to get the pay-off, Tina said she wasn't going to give me that info so I couldn't trade my car! THAT is against the law!!! BIG TIME!!!! This company should go out of business and NO ONE should EVER hire anyone who works there! RUN, FAST! When you hear their name! Do NOT use this lender!

I have been with them every since 2007, since i have spoken with 10 differents peoples about my payments
they don't keep no acct of your payments, and on sept 31 2009 some woman call from her cell phone which were an area code (252) and smithfield is are code (919) she call on my job all day long for my truck payment and then she had an toll truck driver to call
me at work he said that he were going to pick my vehicle up even after i make the payment, so anyway my mother make the payment by moneygram and call that woman back and give her the ref; number and then
she said that 2008 payments had not been made and also this year may of 2009, by that time my job had to let
me go home because my pressure went up. anyway late that evening my mom got in touch with the collection manager matthew and told him what had happened and give him those ref: numbers he said that
the lady had not notify him of the payment being made, he took care of it and also he told me that he were not working that office last year. i would advise anyway not to get there auto finance with the peoples in smithfield
what can i say. there are so many bad things i dont know where to start. I have had problems from day one with this company. I was in an accident in my car and now they cant find it so i can retrive my personal stuff. Thats always a good thing. Plus after the accident they came and repoed it from the body shop where it was getting repaired. I think that is why so many companys are going under they for get about the client. The client is the person who is making your money and they should be number one. Everyones problems are diffrent so they should help you out. Not just walk away when things go bad. I am now with out a car and they are pursing me through the court. What do i do in this situation. I cant just walk away like they did. My view is dont use this company if you dont have too. Im sure there are others with better things to offer. The services was less than exceptable. thank you for reading.

N.State Acceptance in Smithfield, NC had my car picked up by Lizard Lick Tow Service in Wendell, NC in error, I pay at their Raleigh Location since I live in Wake County, they didnt check their payment system and had scheduled to have my car picked up. I woke up called the Police thinking my car was stolen, then I called them to notify, and they said I think we picked it up by mistake we thought you had a unpaid balance, but I am not sure, so I will call you back, 4 hours went by until they returned my call saying oh yeah it was a error,but I have to figure out what tow service have your car, I'll call you back, They called back about 1hr later saying you can come get it, I refused to do that, I said the same way you took it will be the same way you return it . They had the tow serv. bring it to me at my job. How good does that look when a tow truck drops your car of at a Corporate Job!! Then the tow company broke my trunk button of the side of my door, and when I tried to stop the tow man to inquire about it , he said call N.State they are responsible, thats what I did.Then N.State call the Tow Ser. they are responsible thats what I did then he hung up and said he cant help me b/c N. State is Responsible for all damages, I called N.S. back they said, guess what **Call the towing serv. Never once did they apologize for all the confusion and stress they have caused me in one day b/c of their lack of customer serv. and no-knowledge employees. The man there said he will follow up on it he never ever called me back with a resolution, or yet a apology. I missed my daughter Ballet Performance, and her reward cermony that day b/c I had no car. But yet they know to call when you are a day late for a car note!!!!!!!!WOW Good Customer Service. My suggestion is to run if you hear the company called NORTH STATE ACCEPTANCE:""Smithfield, NC"" However the Raleigh location is very in order. The people are very friendly and always are courteous and understanding to the customer needs.
