        Horrible customer service from the store manager. On Saturday 2/10/18 my son had a flat tire and my husband and father was having a hard time removing the tire. My husband went to Auto Zone to purchase a 28" socket. By the time he returned home with it my father had already removed the tire. So the next day 02/11/18 my husband went to return the socket because it was not needed. The manager acted as if he was breaking a law and stated " Someone must be desperate for money if he is returning a socket!" Well that is not the case. If its not needed why keep it. My husband did all he could to not make a scene. Not only was this embarrassing but the worst customer service we have ever experienced. We will never return to this store and neither will anyone else I know once I start sharing this.
