Super helpful , fast & friendly service. Switched my family's regular prescriptions from Walgreens who were awful. FDM helped me when WG could not (or chose not to, or did not know how). I will use them exclusively from now on.
excellent, friendly, courteous professional service. Walk in the front door and don't be surprised if you are greeted by name. FAST service and all you could ask for in a small pharmacy. You are a name and not a number. SUPPORT THIS SMALL BUSINESS AS THEY FIGHT THE walgreens, riteaides etc. Another best kept secret in Slidell from a 25 year old Slidell resident.
Just as the review said this place has terrible customer service.I went in there yesterday to get some prescriptions filled for my wife and gave them my insurance card and they ran it and said that I needed to call Blue Cross because they couldn't approve it through there system so I told them that I would come back the next day after I call them and come back to pick up my prescriptions.I called Blue Cross and they told me that Northshore Pharmacy didn't correctly run it but it is valid so I went back in there today and told the pharmacist clerk that Blue Cross said to please run it again because they never ran it right the first time and she said ok,shortly after that the owner/pharmacist Gregory stormed down from his perch and rudely yelled to me "hey come here" so I approached the window and he started yelling and cursing me in front of all of his staff and customers telling me that I accused him of not knowing what he was doing and accusing him of incompetence,I stated to him that I told the girl exactly what Blue Cross told me and he continued to curse and yell at me saying whoever I spoke to at Blue Cross was an idiot and a liar and I told him first of all maybe she is but I only repeated what she told me and what gives him the right to curse and yell at one of his customers because of that and especially after bringing him all of the business that I have in the past.He just yelled shut up and walked off so I then said give me my wifes paper prescripitions back right now! He ignored me so I then walked out and called my sick wife and she was so upset that she went in and demanded her prescriptions back and he gave them to her and denied the whole thing that took place with me.I contacted the Pharmacy Board online and they say that you cannot file a complaint for rudeness so I am now doing this and contacting the Better Business Bureau.I would not suggest anyone using this place,the only repeat business that he seems to get is from pill heads.Hes lucky I didn't pull him thru that little window and teach him a real lesson! What a jerk.
