I have moved countless times in my years but the last three times I moved I used Light Speed Delivery because once I found them, I knew I would never find a better, more professional and dependable company. Several years ago I moved from my apartment in Capitol Hill into a roomate situation to allow me the freedom to travel. I stored my whole life in Light Speed's storage warehouse where they padded and shrinkwrapped my furniture and kept it safe and clean for THREE YEARS. I just recently moved my furniture and possessions into my new home and was very happy to see that everything was as if I'd never stored it away -- no dust, no scratches, no problems whatsoever. The movers at Light Speed Delivery are very fast, friendly and ingenius with their knowledge of how to pack and protect everything. They quickly built protection for my art prints and mirrors and even provided protection for my new carpets and wood floors during the move -- previous companies never took the time to do these things! I am grateful to have found such a great service and I recommend them highly!
I was worried about moving because I had no experience in hiring movers before. I was lucky enough to have a friend who knows of a good mover, so I decided to give it a call to see if it is decent for me. Two weeks before the move date, I called them to inquire about their services. On the other side of the phone, I’ve heard a gleeful voice. The person I spoke with was courteous and pleasant. I asked whether they are available for the date and I was told that they would be there on the date. I also asked for their estimate and I was given a reasonable one. What surprised me is that they didn’t ask me for a deposit. I was really expecting this thing already for a deposit would give me assurance that they would arrive on the agreed date. I was worried about this, but good thing they called me back a few days after to confirm. On the day we were about to move, the guys arrived earlier than I’ve expected. They were very nice – helped pack things, moved our belongings and even took out the trash. I really appreciated such gesture. Moving in to our new house was fast, efficient and seamless. I was happy with the service they had.
Moving Companies should be fast, cheap, and have great service too... Well good news. I found one! Stallion Moving Company in Denver fits the bill. They are located in central Denver and service the entire Denver Metro area. I moved from Parker, Co to Littleton, Co and when I began searching for movers, I looked to Google. I searched Denver movers reviews and there were dozens of companies to choose from. I called a few, but when I called Stallion Moving, that was it. The owner was so polite, offered me a great deal and after the other reviews... it was easy. The movers showed up ten minutes early, I can't really complain about that. They packed and loaded the entire home in a matter of hours. They delivered our goods to Littleton with ZERO damage. They packed all of our fragile items with either bubble wrap or packing paper. Nothing was knicked scratched or damaged at all. They even made sure to shrink wrap all of the furniture to make sure none of our nice wood was marred. Very happy with this company. Have already told my friends, hopefully you take my advice. Hire Stallion Moving. They're the best.
If you want someone you can trust and will do a good, clean and thorough job, you want Stallion Moving. If you want cheap and dirty, go somewhere else. This company is first rate. We moved around the beginning of August 2012 and they came to the house to do the estimate (to be on site to see what there actually was). They packed us up. They loaded the truck (great job nothing broken) and unloaded the next day. They where mindful of not causing any bumps, scrapes or scratches. They did misplace a box in the house (a box of hardware to put the beds back together) but did return to the house and no extra charge to put everything back together once the box was found. They picked up boxes and packaging material at no extra charge. At the end of it all, the total bill was LESS than the estimate. How many companies do that? If you are nervous (as I was) and you just want a good, reliable company, look no further than Stallion Moving.
When a friend and I decided to move out, I was looking for a moving company that could haul all of our belongings out there. Usually, I would do the move myself, if it was a short distance, but since I didn't I figured it would be best to hire a moving company. I came to this website and naturally searched for the best reviewed moving company, and I found it to be the Stallion Movers company. After browsing their reviews I decided to hire them. Not only was it a great choice, as they offered me the lowest rate to move but they were also very courteous and careful not to break any of our items, which is more than I can say for most of the other companies I have used in the past. They got me packed and moved on time without any complications whatsoever. If I ever had to move again, I know that I would definitely be glad to work with Stallion Movers.
I was in need of some last minute movers to help me empty a condo unit so I could affect repairs. Stallion Moving was able to help me out despite the last minute nature of my call. They could not have been nicer or more accommodating. They were flexible with the time and scope of work required. The service was excellent and the care they took with all the items (electronics and expensive furniture items) was impressive. Not only were they professional and courteous, but when they arrived to move everything back into the unit and I had to ask them to come back the next day, this was no problem. They worked with the unit owner to make sure they were happy which made my task much easier. I would recommend them to anyone looking for great, courteous and affordable service. Certainly get 10 out of 10 in my books. I'll be using them again soon.
Moving can often be a grueling process -- I've had to deal with surly, obnoxious movers in the past. I always cringe the day before moving! Thank goodness this will now be an experience in my past. I had the most superb experience with Aaron and his team at Stallion Moving. They went out of their way to be courteous, thoughtful and paid careful attention to ensuring that my things were treated with respect. Not only that, but they are just terrific people who really made the move an actual pleasure! When can one say that about moving?! I would use them again in a heartbeat and recommend them without any reservation whatsoever. Use them! You will not regret it. I will highly refer them to anyone who needs a trustworthy, truly competent and careful team to move. They are good people who really care about the people who they move.
I have moved many times in my lifetime but this was the 1st time I used an actual moving company. There are so many moving companies out there and i have heard so many horror stories from other people it was hard to know which one to choose. I received many quotes from many different companies. When i called Light Speed Delivery they took the time to review all aspects of my move, were very professional & even gave me a lot of great tips to help me prepare. The quote that i received was not the least expensive, but based on the phone conversation I decided to give them a shot. And I am glad that i did! They showed up on time, knew exactly what needed to be done, were very careful with my belongings & the price I paid was equal to the quote I received. I would definetly recommend this company to all of my friends!
AWESOME! I have to say that every comment made about this crew is God’s honest truth! These guys are efficient, through, organized and have awesome customer skills. Their goal is to provide the best quality service and they have definitely gotten thumbs up from me. I was impressed how quickly they managed to move my belongings so quickly from one place to the other. They had all the appropriate equipment needed. Everything was wrapped and moved safely without any damages. The most difficult part of my move for them was my sectional couch, having to get it out of a very narrow door space into another….. But they did it!!!! Just having surgery and having to move, they made my move a stress free moment. These guys are ultimately the bomb. I selected tender touch due to their many positive reviews on yellowpages along with there responses to negative reviews which gave me the impression they really wanted to make the customer satisfied. My move went very smoothly. The three man crew arrived on time and started moving right away while John explained the move and costs to me. The guys where very organized, took good care to protect the items and were very quick. The move actually end up being complete a little sooner than estimated. Look for Reviews and Recommendations

Check with the American Moving and Storage Association
For both local and long-distance moving companies, AMSA is another good place to check out a company's legitimacy. Moving companies aren't required to be an AMSA member, but the ones that are have committed to the association's rules and regulations, which protect both the companies and the consumers hiring them. If a company isn't an AMSA member, that doesn't mean it isn't reputable, but an AMSA membership is a clear indication of legitimacy.

If you're moving on a snowy, icy or rainy day, keeping all of your paths, stairways and walkways clear and dry is crucial. The subject of tipping is relatively unclear when it comes to movers. However, there is a general rule of thumb that most people in the industry agree on: Tip your movers if they've done a good job and you think a tip is warranted.
