Jiffy Lube

I had run over on my oil change and did not have time to wait at the dealership for 2 hours to get an oil change. I had brought my car to this Jiffy Lube location about a year ago and did not have a good experience. Because of my dilema with time I gave them another chance since they were outside waving at everyone with a $10 off sign. As soon as I pulled in I was greeted right away by a smile. Every employee I walked by said hello and actually seemed to care about how I was doing. I explained to them that I was very crunched on time and asked if they could be quick. The employee told me I would be looking at about 10 minutes for the whole thing and asked me if that would be ok. They pulled my car in and started working on it right away. One guy called me out to go over everything while one was working under my hood another under my car and a girl was vaccuming inside for me. I was always told not to buy anything else at these places but they explained everything to me and taught me alot about my car. They also explained that any service that they do is half the time and half the price for a better product than the dealership. They are absolutely right, they gave me a list of everything that honda said was due on my car with the prices. I called my honda dealer to get the prices for everything and honda was almost double the price on almost everything and I would have to leave my car all day. I will be recommending this location to all my friends and family. If you need an oil this is the place to go. The new crew at that store is amazing and they are all so friendly and professional.
