        Overall

        Not the best! Owner made us pay full bid price even though I had taken care of some of the work for them. Would not negotiate. Now we have bad leak in their workmanship and they have not returned call. VERY sad.

        The Tech was top notch but The...

        The Tech was top notch but The dispatcher was the worst I have experienced in many a year. They did not complete the job nor did Bill Sweney (owner) reimburse me as agreed upon. Pretty sad.
