I had a great visit at Brother's Auto Sales - I worked with Adam for financing and Bill while finding the vehicle that worked best for me. Great place! I would recommend, great service, amazing price and the 2011 Chevy Aveo that I purchased has given my nothing but reliability. Thanks guys!
I'd rather ride the bus then do business with them! Which I had to do any way when I bought a Dodge Neon from them a few years ago that had nothing but problems! They met me half-way on the cost of the repair work on the transmission, but not the engine! They denied the issues with the car when I brought the Neon in for them several times to look at even when it was blowing smoke and polluting the air right in front of them on their lot! I could get a ticket and a fine for that! I wound up spending several thousand dollars for repairs the FIRST year I owned it! Not little things, big things. The salesperson told me he had a mechanic check it out. He must have just checked out the tires and the paint job. From now on I get my used cars checked out and don't take anyone's word for anything! I'll NEVER do business here again! I think since they've been in business for so long that they can pick and choose their customers! They don't have to work too hard to impress anybody! This place should be called "Burn Eide" because that's what I got when I did business there! Burned!!!
I bought a lemon. It gave me nothing but problems. Frankman does NOT stand by their used cars! It broke down every month, and spent more time in the shop then on the road! When I first looked at the car I was interesting to buy, I decided to look under the hood to check it out. When I went to check the transmission fluid, the salesman came out and asked me when I was going to test-drive it! I felt rushed! That should have been my first clue to get out of there and go somewhere else! Pushy sales people!I learned the hard way that the harder you have to sell a car, the bigger a piece of junk it is! I will NEVER do business with this place again!
was a very disappointing experience.. will not return.. were told several things that were going to happen and didn't.. ended up costing us in the end...
The business is great when its on its feet, they always have a new selection and are constantly growing. This would be a great time to check it out.
They sold us a car that they claimed was in good working order. It broke down less than 12 hours later. Chad refused to do anything about it. $4500 in repairs later, we still have yet to be able to drive it. Immoral, unethical and down right crooked dealership. I have warned everyone I talk to about this "business", including area colleges. I hope no one else has to go through what our family has gone through with these crooks.
We found a car we were interested with a "too good to be true" price. The website stated that the vehicle had 120,xxx miles on it. We checked the website a couple days later, and the website now stated that the odometer read 99,xxx miles. I thought that maybe it was a glitch with the website. So we went to test drive it to be sure, and sure enough it said 99,xxx miles. We pulled the carfax for the car later, and that report indicated that the mileage was much, much higher than that. Bottom line, they're illegally rolling back odometers and the owner of the place is a convicted felon.
I bought a 2005 Cadillac CTS about 2 months ago for $ 3,500.. I had problems from the beginning. I ended up having to put another $2,200 into the car just to get it to run. After confronting Chad at the dealership, he told me he sold it to me in "as is" condition even though he told me it was in perfect condition and had gone through a multi point inspection program that they offer. The car has now blown the engine and it will cost me another $ 5,400 just to get it to run so I can sell it. This car is now got $12,000 of cost in it and is valued at $4,000. After confronting Chad again, he again told me it was my problem. This is a true violation of ethics and this person and business should be avoided at all costs.
Company only reports to one credit bureau. Over charge on there vehicles with insane interest rates. Call the attorney general office in pierre if you been taken advantage of here.
I called Frankman Motors with a few questions about buying a used car. I spoke with Tony, who spent over 30 minutes talking with me regarding the researching, purchasing, and fees involved. Tony also spent time with me regarding current trends with shipping cars and how dealers work.Tony was the 8th salesman (from various dealers) that we worked with. He highly stood out above and beyond all other the others by his transparency, willingness to answer ALL my questions with direct and clear responses. In 20 years of purchasing used cars, Tony and Frankman Motor Co stood far above the rest. I will would not hesitate to give them my business or send my children there as well. THANKS TONY!!!Respectfully,Eric and Lisa
