        I have been using this location for my oil change for years! I was to go on trip to the twin cities and had my oil changed. They did a quick job and sent me on my way. As i caem near Worthing MN my jeep shakes and I se the engine warning lite go off. I am able to pull off to a close exit . I called the wrong shop but realyed a message my vehicle was not working. They were able to get this ,message to Jordan, Carlos, and Jace, they are managers at the tenth street valvoline. They sent out tow managers to check my vehicle out! I was scared and alone in the super 8 parking lot. They did arrive and I felt safe once they were there. They confirm the oil was there and it could be another problem. They ran a test on the engine witha new device. It may be due to mis fire and spark plug issue. They helped me take this to a local Auto Shop in that town. Carlos provided a ride to me to get home! These guys made me feel safe, valued and human. They really restore my faith in the world as it is now,Thank youo so much for caring. I have already told my sisters about you and will spread the word of your very kindness to me!! thank you so much!

        Valvoline oil change is a rip ...

        Valvoline oil change is a rip off. They claim to give you so much oil with the oil change, but charge you for extra. How can you prove what they put in? So add $9-10 to the costs they quote. Then add the other extra fees, and you really get hit hard. I will not go back to Valvoline for an oil change or any other service. Way too many hidden fees and crummy service.
