Super Wash

I can't believe the rotten customer service that is out there these days! Don't bother with this place. Although I had tried some of the other machines they had in the past (just the vacuum ones) and they didn't have very good suction, and had run across rude attendants there as well, I went there anyway today and tried the carpet shampoo machine. Don't waste your money on that! It had awful suction, and did a horrible job. I told the attendant about it, and took my car into the car wash in the meantime. He reported back to me that the machine had been full of water and that was why it had bad suction. He then asked if I had been the one who had sucked up so much water! I told him I didn't have a chance because when I saw how bad the suction was, I didn't use much water because I didn't think I'd ever get it out! I said I would just go to the other car wash down the street in the future, and all he did was keep explaining why it didn't have suction. Great. Now I'll sleep better tonight knowing that. Did he bother to compensate me or ask that I give the carpet shampooer another try in the future? No! Amazing... I won't be going there again.
