It's About Time

Dick is a master of his trade. It was so wonderful that he was able to get my grandparents old grandfather clock working again there is certainly a magic that brings me back in time when I hear it chime. His prices are also super reasonable. He does a great job of communicating throughout the repair process to let you know how it's going and to offer different options along the way if need be. I know I'll be using his services in the clock department going forward for sure!

We owned a nice clock that hangs over our fireplace and the movement stopped working. I called Dick to see if he could repair it and he assured me he could. So after some discussion, he said it would be an easy fix and less expensive to order the part myself. He helped me measure, navigate the website, place the order and get it done. I cannot express how great Dick was with my family’s old kitchen clock. The clock has been handed down for 100+ years and was seeing the wear and tear of its age. Dick helped to keep the clock running until it was clear that the clock needed new bushings and an inside replacement. Dick took care of the clock and kept me up to date about everything that was going on. I felt very comfortable with Dick working on my family heirloom. When I received the clock back, it was in good working order but the time was not going quite right.
