Innovation Party Buses

I wish I had read all these reviews before hiring this company. We all have had the same TERRIBLE experience. He insisted on cash at last minute and does not give the deposit back. I have tried to get ahold of him to get my money back and he, of course, being the crook he is won't answer. I plan on reporting to Better Business Bureau and IRS and anywhere else I can. He and filthy, rusty old buses need to be shut down ! Deserves NO stars. Anyone wants to call me to hear more, be my guest. Do NOT be fooled by this place.

I used this company for a party bus on my birthday and the bus completely stopped working around 1am. No lights, no music, no A/C. Charged me $375 dollars for a bus that was absolute crap! And then on top of it, my $150 deposit to hold my reservation was never returned stating "it was for goods and services provided," when I didn't receive anything! After trying endlessly to resolve this with the merchant he stopped taking my calls and texts. This business is a scam!!!!

I was at a bachelorette party that rented a party bus from this company, and it was frankly the worst service I have ever encountered. The driver was over an hour late to pick us up, and then when we finally got downtown wouldn't answer our phone calls or texts to come pick us up. Then, at 1:00 AM for no reason our bus was downgraded to a smaller bus with none of the amenities we had paid for. This is a terrible company, and I will NEVER be using them again.

Was on one of these buses last Saturday and had an epic time. Best saint paddies day iv ever had hands down. Definitely gona hit this guy up again when night calls for a bus. Amazing!
