If you need staffing assistance the open hours are more of a guideline for when someone might be there. The contract I wasnt a big fan of and it was still more expensive than Tryon and not as nice as bodyworks. I went here cause a few friends did and kinda regret it in hindsight. I would go with Bodyworks or any of the many tryon gyms. Better facilities and worlds better service! Dont lock into a contract like what drove me nuts.
