If you want your vehicle repair correctly and right price, go to Andy's. Chuck is an outstanding man of his word and will be honest with you unlike other. I have seen him work on my car and others in the past and never seen him drunk or being rude to customer. DONT LISTEN TO THE BAD REVIEWS. THEY'RE LIEING TO YOU AND DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE SAYING. I will only bring my service to him.

I had a loud "clunk" in the front end of my car that is 10 yrs old but only 4 months to me. I took it to 3 different mechanics. I will not publish my findings but you are free to pm me and I will probably let you know. The first shop I took it to is in the north end of the city. Diagnosis after a test drive only: need control arms, ball joints etc.. Est; $800. Next to the far east Sioux Falls. Diagnosis exact same after test drive and hoist (they even put in on a hoist!). Est $650. Last stop Andy's Alignment. Diagnosis after thorough under carriage exam. One ball joint recently replaced and good, other good also. No need to replace them. Est. $300. It is rare to find an honest mechanic anymore. My car works great. FIVE STARS to Andy's!!!

At first glance Chuck and Andy's wheel alignment shop seems like reputable business. But I beg you to look at it threw my eyes and experience the unprofessional service given to me before you put yourself through financial and emotional strain. In late 2016 their shop repaired my 03 alero's controll arm for only $80 so from there on I thought they were professional since I had no problems. But just a week ago I took my car in for what I thought was going to be good service; it wasn't, my car broke 3 days after they "repaired it". My car was driving weird after sliding on ice and abruptly going on to the sidewalk, the car was perfectly functional except the fact the each time I hit a bump, it would go to one side. Yeah you're probably thinking " alignment" but Andy told me " there is tremendous damage to the car" he sounded unsure of what he was saying and struggled to explain what was wrong. I didn't have time to look for myself so I told him to go ahead and repair it for his charge of $465. I was told it would take a few days. 2 days later he starts to call my phone; and my mothers, threatening to have my car impounded if I don't pick it. He has anger issues and does not allow customers to talk, he curses and is VERY DISREPECTFUL I have voicemails to prove this. I will soon be suing this business and I won't recommend him to any of my friends or family if they wanted quality care for their vehicle. Beware first glances can be deceiving.

Chuck is a brilliant mechanic, great guy, and straight up businessman. I'd trust my life with his mechanic work. Need a garage to take your car the rest of your life and know for sure that you can trust the work and the price? Andy's is where it's at. Forget dealerships and corporate garages. This guy will work on anything with 2 or more wheels (but i don't doubt he could do a knock out job on a unicycle). He will fix work, let you be involved in the whole process while getting quotes on parts new or used, and will straight up call the previous garage that screwed up the work and give them an ear-full if needed. He's an awesome guy and deserves your business beyond the shadow of a doubt. I recommend all my friends and family there for brakes, alignment, suspension work. Thanks Chuck!

I had an appopintment set up with him for 8AM on october 1st. I was waiting until 8:25 and he still wasn't there so I called him. He accused me of screaming and yelling at him, even though I wasn't, and hung up on me. I tried to call him back and he wouldn't answer so I had my ex call him. He told my ex that he was out the night before partying and he had a hangover and that's why he wasn't there on time. But the guy was so drunk, he thought I was yelling at him and cursing to him on the phone, which I wasn't, and there was other people in the vehicle me when I called him to prove that. This is not the first time in my past experience with him that he was late and didn't show up on time. This guy obviously has a drinking issue and comes in to work with hangovers. He is not the kind of guy you should trust with you vehicle
